Terms of Service

As a published store practice, a customer who browses or purchases accepts these Terms and the related Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ provisions. Store use must be lawful, and information supplied for an order must be current and accurate.

As an operating standard, united States delivery is the sole shipping option. It is free at the standard level, includes tracking, and normally consists of 1-2 business days of processing plus 4-6 estimated business days in transit after dispatch.

As a practical matter, returns without cause and exchanges are available within 30 days after receipt. We cover shipping on approved no-reason and quality-problem returns, and the original payment account generally receives an approved refund in 5-10 business days. Custom-made, clearance/Final Sale, gift-card, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive purchases fall outside the no-reason option, while consumer remedies for damage, defects, incorrect delivery, and missing goods continue.

As a published store practice, orders remain cancellable until shipment and then become subject to the Refund Policy. USD is the transaction currency, applicable tax law determines charges, and we reserve the right to stop fraudulent, illegal, unauthorized, or materially erroneous orders.
