As part of our service commitment, nuby relies on encrypted Shopify and payment-provider processing and does not keep the full account number or card security code. Authorization, verification, holds, and declines remain subject to the issuer's requirements.

To state the rule precisely, customers must submit correct billing and contact information. We can review or cancel a transaction that is unauthorized or presents significant fraud risk, while tax is charged only as required by applicable law.

To avoid uncertainty, the original payment account receives every approved refund, with issuer processing commonly taking 5-10 business days after the credit is released.
